Audubon Woods Retreat 4BR 3BA Near Notre Dame

The house itself was great! Everything was very clean, and organized. Everything was absolutely perfect with the house, and everything in it. The place looked clean, smelled clean, and was super comfortable. We were able to feel at home! We really liked the location as well. We had some communication issues with the host. They make you sign a 3rd party contract, it said to email them with questions, but then they never responded to the email. I sent them a text, and they did respond to that, but it was days later. When we arrived, there was a burglar alarm that went off as soon as we opened the door. Thankfully, someone came on the Ring doorbell quickly, and got that turned off. When we rented, it said that the Primary Bedroom had a King bed, and it actually has a Queen bed. Overall we had a really good stay, it just unfortunate that there were some communication issues, and an inaccuracy in the mix. Would absolutely recommend staying here, just make sure you over communicate!

Patrick was an amazing host! He was quick to respond whenever we had questions, and the house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our trip. My friends and I had a great time, and the stay was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely book again if we’re back in the area. Thanks, Patrick!
