From the moment you arrive, the indoor-outdoor flow creates a luxury resort feel while still feeling modern, welcoming, and incredibly functional. The outdoor amenities truly make this place unforgettable. The covered patio is perfectly designed for gathering with family and friends, whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, dining outdoors, or relaxing late into the evening under the string lights. The seating areas are comfortable and intentional, creating multiple spaces to unwind and connect. The fire pit area adds an amazing atmosphere at night and is natural gas! The private hot tub tucked beside the home feels like your own spa escape with privacy. Inside, the massive indoor pool area is perfect— bright, open, and beautifully integrated with the rest of the home. The soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and modern finishes make the entire space feel luxurious yet comfortable. Every detail feels carefully considered, from the entertaining spaces to the cozy lounge areas around the fireplace. What impressed us most was how purposeful the design feels. Nothing feels crowded or overlooked. Every space was created to maximize relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying the property year-round. Whether hosting a large group or simply enjoying a quiet weekend away, this home delivers an exceptional experience. A true five-star stay in every way. We would return again without hesitation.

Great house! We brought our family together for an early Christmas celebration and it was the perfect place for all of us. There was plenty to do for kids of all ages (2–16) as well as adults, and the layout provided lots of space so everyone could spread out without feeling on top of each other. We especially loved the indoor pool and basketball court. We would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely consider coming back.

The Black Oak Estate exceeded expectations for our large group of families! The amenities were unmatched and the kids (and adults) were never bored. Kitchens were well stocked and there were plenty of linens and towels. The game/puzzle/book closet and pool toys/floaties were an added bonus! It was a short drive to the ND campus if you are in town for a game. If you are looking for a great place to host several families, look no further! You won’t find anything better than this!
